Karcher have carried out a risk assessment through an independent health and safety auditor on the delivery and set up of the HDS range i.e the hot pressure washers/steam cleaners.
This has confirmed concerns that there is a potential risk to the customer and to the machine if it is simply delivered by courier. Therefore, in line with the manufacturers policy all HDS machines will be personally delivered and installed by a suitably trained member of Broadbent & Co Ltd staff. In order to maintain the highest standards and to protect all parties a Certificate of Competence will be issued to the client and his operatives and counter signed by a member of our staff.
